A NeoForge mod that lets you build and pilot submarines using Stainless Steel. Explore underwater ruins safely without drowning or taking damage from hostile mobs.

The Submarine NeoForge Mod enables players to construct and operate their own submarines for underwater exploration. This mod introduces Stainless Steel, a new crafted material, and allows you to safely navigate the ocean floor while searching for underwater ruins and shipwrecks without drowning or encountering hostile sea creatures.

Features

  • Craft submarines piece by piece using Stainless Steel material
  • Eliminates the need to breathe underwater while piloting the submarine
  • Built-in lanterns illuminate the ocean floor for improved visibility
  • Metal hull walls provide protection from hostile mobs including drowned and guardians
  • Only the owner can enter the submarine after initial boarding
  • Submarine automatically displays the owner's name on its exterior

Installation

  1. Download the mod file
  2. Locate your Minecraft mods folder
  3. Place the downloaded file into the mods folder
  4. Launch Minecraft with the NeoForge loader
  5. The mod will be loaded automatically on startup

Usage

  1. Board the submarine for the first time to claim ownership
  2. Sneak and right-click on the submarine to pick it up and receive a Submarine Whistle
  3. Use the whistle item to place your submarine in any body of water
  4. To share the submarine with another player, pick it up and give them the whistle
