Simple Health Indicator Addon (26.x, 1.21) – Display Floating Health Bars Above Entities

Simple Health Indicator Addon lets you see the health of mobs and players in your world. It adds a floating text bar above entities when you get close to them. This addon allows you to track damage easily during fights.

Features:

Shows floating health text above animals and monsters.
Displays a red heart icon next to the number.
Lets you see the health of other players.
Keeps custom names visible above the health bar.
Includes a built in settings menu for easy changes.

Commands And Configuration:

You can type a custom command to open the settings menu.

Type /eu:config health_indicator in the chat window.

This command opens a menu to toggle mob health options.
